Vahli Dikri Yojana Detail
The Wahali Dikari Yojana has been launched by the State of Gujarat. Schemes for daughters are also being implemented in other states. Such as Ladli Dikari (Scheme) in Haryana, Karnataka (Bhagyashree Scheme), Rajasthan (Rajshri Scheme), Maharashtra (Manji Kanya Bhagyashree Scheme), West Bengal (Kanya Prakalp Scheme) and Madhya Pradesh (Ladli Lakshmi Scheme). Financial assistance will be given to girl child under Vahali Dikri Yojana. The state government has allocated Rs 133 crore in the budget for this scheme. The benefits of this scheme will be available in three phases.

Eligibility Criteria for Vahali Dikri Yojana
- -The Applicant Must Be a Resident of Gujarat.
- -The Plan is Open for First Two Girls of a Family.
- -The Annual Income of the Family of the Girl Child Concerned Should not Exceed Rs. 2 Lakh.
- -The Candidate Must Have a Valid Bank Account

Gujarat Vahali Dikari Yojana is going to improve the birth rate of girls and will strengthen the socio-economic status of the girls in society. All the applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to become eligible for Vahali Dikri Yojana
Document Required for Vahali Dikri Yojana 2021
- -Birth Certificate of the Girl Child
- -Domicile Certificate Issued by the Concerned Organization / Department of the State.
- -Proof of Annual Income of Family Up to Rs. 2 Lakh in Income Certificate.
- -Beneficiary’s Bank Account Passbook
- -Identity Proof of the Girls Parents
- -Photograph
The implementation of the full plan has reduced significantly in the problem of malnutrition, anemia, and low-weight in adolescent girls. The provision of Rs. 87 crores for this scheme. Anganwadi centers of Nanghard will be built in the 122 Aanganwadi houses which will benefit about 3.5 thousand children, for this Rs. Provision of Rs. 4 crore.
Scholarship Amount Distribution in Vahali Dikri Yojana
-Beneficiaries will Get Rs. 4000/- in First Enrollment in Class 1st.
-Second Enrollment will Be Given in Class 9th and the Amount Will Be Rs. 6000/-
-Beneficiaries will Get Rs. 100000/- When She Attains Age of 18 Years.
