Education Qualification
- Degree in Law (special) or H.Sc. from a University established by an Act of the State Govt. Degree having passed five years course in Law or Degree in Law obtained under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act-1956.
Experience
experience –
Five years’ experience as an Advocate or Attorney or Public Prosecutor in a Court subordinate to a High Court, or five years’ experience as an Advocate or Attorney or Public Prosecutor in a High Court, or five years’ experience in legal matters in a local self-government body or a Government-owned board corporation or a company incorporated under the Companies Act. The said experience certificate should be attested by the Registrar General of the High Court, Principal Judicial Officer of the Court subordinate to the High Court, Principal District Judge of the concerned District, or Principal Judge of the concerned CT Civil Court where the candidate has practised.
Candidate should have adequate knowledge of speaking, reading and writing in Gujarati and should have adequate knowledge to translate from Gujarati to English and from English to Gujarati. A certificate to this effect certified by the Registrar General of the High Court, the Principal Judicial Officer of the Court under the jurisdiction of the High Court, the Principal District Judge of the concerned District, or the Principal Judge of the concerned City Civil Court, or the Head of the Office of a Local Self-Government Organisation, Government-Owned Board/Corporation, or a Company incorporated under the Act Will have to wait.
