10 Most Dangerous Bridges in the World

03. Shidu River Bridge – Yesanguan, China

That’s the Shidu River Bridge, which connects the mountain peaks. Currently holding the title of the tallest/highest bridge in the world, even though all of China’s towering bridges are constantly challenging each other for the title. Despite the rocky mountainous landscape, the bridge doesn’t mind the impact of the highway expansion. Once across the bridge, with a 5,000-foot section, it stands 1,600 feet above the mountains and above the Shidu River Valley. It’s hardly a comfortable bridge, but it’s well reinforced and makes you feel like you’re flying.
